Parrillada in the Park

Join us in celebrating Latino Conservation Week over a parrillada lunch! Park Rangers will have a grill going in the Coronado National Memorial Picnic Area. Bring your own picnic supplies and plan for a ranger led program looking into the role of the Latinx community in conservation in our region. Grill(s) will be started up at 11am. Bring your favorite foods to throw on the grill, some tasty picnic sides, other eating supplies, and your voice to partake in a ranger led program at 12pm. This is a bilingual public event open to all! By using food as a common ground, we will open the complex theme of how differently we all recreate in the outdoors.
