Silver Strike Winery in Tombstone

Tombstone not ‘too tough’ for wine
Just steps away from the O.K. Corral, you might be surprised to find the refined tastes of wine in the “town too tough to die.”

Guests of the Silver Strike Winery in Tombstone can sample wines produced from grapes grown 50 miles east and west of Tombstone. From columbard to zinfandel, Silver Strike features more than 20 varietals. Owners Jann Hank and their son Kyle set up shop last year and produce their wines on site.

The wines are made from Mediterranean grape varietals originating from Italy, France, German, Spain, and Portugal. The vintners take a “do as little as needed” approach to allow their grapes to shine through.
