Yaqui Hideout room

Yaqui Hideout

Yaqui Hideout can feel like it is in the middle of nowhere, but its location in the Sulphur Springs Valley is bordered by Cochise Stronghold, Dos Cabezas Mountains and Chiricahua National Monument... stunning places for touring, hiking, bird watching and wine tasting.

The property is the perfect spot for people who want to experience the beauty of southeastern Arizona. The high desert presents dramatic skies day or night and breath-taking sunsets; with our elevation at 4,250 feet, we have cooler temperatures year round. The three private rooms (Appaloosa, Palomino, and Pinto) and horse paddocks are within a four-acre compound.

If you enjoy “Birding” you can see owls, hawks, roadrunners, and many other varieties of birds year-round. During the winter see and hear the Sandhill cranes flying overhead.  The surrounding area offers many historical and interesting sites and of course Arizona’s wine country.  Within an hour's drive, you can enjoy Cochise County locations: Bisbee, Tombstone, Fort Bowie, Cochise Stronghold, or Chiricahua National Monument.
